Two months to the day

Two months. Whoa. Things are going great with us, although I would like to put it out there that planning a wedding is stressful! I try to roll with it and not sweat the small stuff, but easier said than done, my faithful blog readers. I know that everything will work out and the day will be fantastic, I just have to remember that when something goes wrong! :)

The invitations are being made this week, so hopefully you will see them in your mailboxes next week! We are off to Santa Barbara this weekend to meet with our officiant. She wants to get to know us some more so that our ceremony is personal. It will be nice to see Santa Barbara again, too. It's so pretty there - I can't wait for everyone to see it!

74 Days

I can't believe the wedding is 74 days away. Yes, I count the days - I'm excited! And nervous. I'm trying to get everything done that I can before it gets too crazy.

It looks like we have the final design for the invitations. It was a collaborative effort and we're both really happy with the end result. With any luck, we'll have them out by the end of the month.

Thursday morning we're off to my cousin's wedding in North Carolina. It will be nice to get away for a few days and we're excited to see a part of the country that we've never been to. And my family! I can't wait to see my wonderful family.
